"I needed to sell a large lot, yet to be cleared, on the north side of Missoula recently. I already had another realtor in mind, but my neighbor Ashley Harris came down one day and told me all about Keller-Williams / Hyde & Associates. I had never heard of them. So I Googled them, discovered they were very highly rated throughout the USA and internationally. They looked very impressive. I didn’t know Ashley at all, but I liked her style and personality. So I took a chance on her and KW, because I felt I could trust them, hoping for the best.

Boy, was I pleased. Ashley and Mike Hyde put the lot on the market, at a price I thought was WAY too high, and within one day we had 7 offers. The bidding war was on. With my input, we all decided on a winner, and the lot sold within 2 days, at a price much higher than listed. I found a contractor and paid to have the lot cleared of 2 vacant houses, 2 dilapidated storage sheds, 5 old vehicles, and a lot of junk / debris throughout. The lot was cleared and standing tall a couple weeks prior to closing, ready to be developed. It was a win-win for everybody.

Ashley and Mike were super professional and efficient on every item. They always responded to my emails within minutes, never keeping me in the dark. Above all, they were friendly and courteous, so easy to work with. They made this project a lot of fun, actually, instead of the massive headache that some lot/house sales can become.
